The central west has a rich Aboriginal heritage which you can’t help but notice as to travel around. Check out the Tracker Riley river circuit in Dubbo or the grinding grooves at the Terramungamine Reserve. Along the river keep your eyes open for big old trees with the scars from the making of shield, canoes etc.

Remnants of the Cobb and Co trails through the region are still evident in many places, and make sure to visit the various museums and historic sites across the region. A visit to Dundullimal Homestead in Dubbo is must do!
