A wonderful place for the family to gather and enjoy the peaceful surrounds and sounds of the Alpacas and tranquility of nature.
Kym & Lindsay Edmunds are the Owners/Proprietors of The Andonbel Alpaca Farm. Appropriately named because of their children, Andrew, Donald & Belinda. They have been in operation for over 10 years with the Alpacas - 5 years with the Coffee shop, and have strong family and farming ties with the Narromine region.
The Edmunds bought a train from Victoria and shipped it to their property. Their love for their Alpacas combined with their passion for starting their own coffee shop & function venue is the main reason they got started. The Coffee Shop was turning into a definite Tourist attraction with Shearing exhibitions and talks on the Alpacas (which are on display beside the Coffee Shop, Pure Alpaca Wool products for sale, and wonderful home-cooked meals, all in an Air-conditioned and heated train carriage.
The friendly staff always go out of their way to make people feel at home. With the hundreds of Children’s birthday parties, school excursions, Christmas lunch and dinner functions, group bookings, charity fundraisers and other celebrations, Kym & Lindsay are always busy and are enjoying themselves.
